They answer the phone pretending to be Blueberi Nails but they are not.This a new business under a new owner and thy are just terrible. I want to make sure everyone knows they are not certified or qualified to run a spa. She was 2H late for my appointment, manicure was sloppy.I posted photos on their facebook page. Pedicure was awful as well, all the cuticles remained and they waxed off half my left eyebrow. In the end they still wanted me to pay.
This business doesn't even deserve one star. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. From quality of work to customer service. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. 30 dollars for a pedicure that another girl had to touch the Polish up on. Absolutely never coming back here again. I live up the street and I am all for supporting local businesses - but I will never step foot in these doors ever again. Rude rude rude and terrible service. Even with an appointment. -5 stars is what I'd rate this place.
Was VERY satisfied with this nail salon.
They were very nice, did a great job and the place was nice and clean! Dropped in without an appointment for a pedicure. Pedicure was great (heal scraping, exfoliating, cuticle cutting) and they even gave a lovely leg/foot massage with hot stones (the best part!)!
Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning.
