Horrible - had his mind made up before I even got there based on a telephone appointment . Rude and very very unsympathetic . He even mocked me for crying out of frustration . This doctor is not interested in your pain in my opinion.

Terrible doctor he gave me 5 minutes of his time didn’t care to hear my issues to busy trying to push Botox I spent 3 hours travel to see him He’s all about the money doesn’t care about patients

Don’t trust this Doctor. He is not looking out for your best interests. I don’t know what his agenda is, but it’s not the patient.

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Jay. He took his time explained everything to me in a very kind sensitive way.

I had the worst experience today with Dr. Alex Jahamgirvand. I have waited a year for this appointment and if you ask me it was an important and long journey to finally get some answers. Or so I thought. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as requested, but ended up waiting 1 and 1/2 hours after my scheduled time. Once I finally met him he was quick to ask me a couple of questions and cut me off midway through my answers both times. Totally rude and unprofessional.
