Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!
Simple issue and you couldn't find the problem....empty rad fluid jug in the jeep Feb 9, 16. You managed to sell my daughter a rad cap with $21 labour totalling $41. Wow , highway robber. I took it to a real garage who questioned your mechanics troubleshooting but don't fret, they fixed the real issue.
Thanks Dan for helping me out with choosing new rubber for my JEEP. Safe rubber is a safe ride. You are a fountain of information, that should be flooded to the residents of Barrie and surrounding areas. Thanks for your honesty. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger says " ill be back!"

I took my car in for a tire issue and before I knew it, I was being told I needed all kinds of work and would take all day.. I managed to talk some of it down but felt very uncomfortable and nervous about not allowing them to the work. I left feeling really taken advantage of and would NEVER go back. I would highly recommend that before you get ANYTHING done there, get a second opinion and validate what you are being told.
Dan is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He provides excellent service, fast turnaround and a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Dan and Barrie West Master Mechanic. You'll be well taken care of!
I highly recommend Dan and his team at Barrie West Master Mechanic! Even though I live in Aurora, I take my car up to Dan and used to take it to his previous shop in East York. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Dan is fair, honest and completely trustworthy. I know I'm never being charged for more than I need.
This place is excellent,just moved to Barrie and glad I found them. Dan was very friendly and helpful,he went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. Will be returning, highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle into the shop with a front end noise.Ron fit me in right away and took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and explained it in a way I could understand. It's save to say I have never felt so at home and comfortable with the service and honesty! They really care for their customers and make sure they are making the best decisions for any repairs.
Worst shop in barrie. Went to them just to check as week and I left with no long bolt out of my alternator. It's a fixed bolt doesn't come out....
And did nothing to help me cause he didn't have the bolt go to Honda is what I was told.
This customer was looking for a free car diagnostics(belt noise). It needed a alternator bolt that was missing. The bolt is replaceable but we did not have one in stock. We suggested getting a used one & that we would replace it for at a cost .This customer did try to get a used bolt but was not successful. The customer was offer the repair but declined !
