UPS Customer Centres

Absolutely horrible customer service! A driver delivered an empty damaged heavy gauge cardboard tube that was suppose to contain an order of 6 items worth $420 US. I cannot believe the total stupidity of both the person who loaded the truck in Barrie and the driver who dropped it at my door in Coldwater on Friday April 19 at 5pm. NO ONE at UPS NOTICED THIS?? One would think that someone somewhere in UPS would have "red flagged" that item at stopped the delivery. UPS customer service is a JOKE!

UPS (Unpredictable Parcel Service or Useless Parcel Service) driver is lazy. Twice now multiple box deliveries have been left on the driveway instead of at the front door with a large covered porch. After the first delivery a complaint was made and obviously there is no followup by management. They have screwed up something on each and every delivery including delivering an expensive item to the wrong address and could not getthe people to return it. There was a claim made and the item replaced

Not compliant with the Disabilities act of Ontario. No handicap parking, the stairs leading up to the front door are steep and non compliant, with rails on the side limiting the width of movement. The front door is not automatic and must be opened manually. With boxes in hand it's hard to gain entrance to the customer service area even for people with no disabilities! You get a BIG FAT ZERO! Get with the program people!
