    NOT IMPRESSED! We had to cancel our booking due to our daughter renting a car for the trip from Toronto airport to Kingston hospital to see her dad who had just received an unexpected cancer diagnosis. Even though it was early on the pickup date, we received no consideration from ONTARIO COACHWAY, no response to a letter I wrote, and an unsympathetic and curt dismissal from the Belleville office manager when I went to the office in person. Not impressive business practice ONTARIO COACHWAY!

    While we have extreme sympathy for the situation you are experiencing, the facts you present are not accurate. We have a cancellation policy which is advised on the day of booking. The policy is to ensure the shuttles provided have the number of passengers to at least cover costs. Your daughter in fact, booked a different flight arriving 2 days earlier than the shuttle book date according to your correspondence and rented a car instead. Cancellation at that time would have ensured a full refund.

    what a great serv...

    what a great service...door to door WOW! I was travelling with my family what a worry free process. the service pick us up at home and dropped us at our terminal...no parking our car unloading luggage etc...On our return that was the best.we went to check in at a counter and we waited for amount 20 mins and we were on our way home. Diffently we our customers for life.
