i just got off the phone just got off the phone with a girl named lindsay from the belleville location and she was very rude and i asked her if they accept apple pay for deliver and said they don’t deliver so she didn’t answer the question and then proceeded to say okay thanks for calling have a good night bye and i kept trying to ask and she hung up:)
I have been twice. The first time, we were waiting so long that we ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. We had sat there for about an hour and a half, and didn't even get water. The second time, I ordered a Caesar salad. I waited about 10 minutes for my drink to come. I waited an hour after that to get my salad. Honestly, it's a salad, it takes about 15 minutes tops to make. When my salad did come, you could tell it was either rushed to be made or had been sitting forever, because it was drenched in dressing. The overuse of the salad dressing ruined the rest of the salad. You couldn't taste any of the lettuce or chicken, or Parmesan cheese at all. Our service both times has not been very friendly, staff seems to be quite standoffish. Will probably try again, but if it doesn't improve, it will be my last.
As a family we always enjoy comin to Boston Pizza, the servers are always pleasant, food is always filling, flavorful and affordable. - we come as often as we can, and will continue to come.
We have eaten here 3 times now. It is always excellent. The servers are friendly and the food is great. It is sometimes a little noisy but that is to be expected from this type of restaurant. The last time we went, we were seated just after an entire kids sports team and a birthday party of 12 people and we still got our meal quickly. I never hesitate to eat here or recommend it to others.
Boston Pizza is great depending on what you order. The pizza is too overpowering, I would not order another pizza from there. The pasta is absolutely fabulous!!! TASTEY!!! The price is fair for the amount of food you get. The portions are always extremely filling, as well as easy to take-home because it's rare to finish it all at once! Especially if you have an appetizer..which I may add that the Yam Fries & Chipotle Dip is great to kick off for two and very affordable. The food ALWAYS has fantastic colour and variety to it, such as the amount of vegetables and meat in your pasta. This pleases me most because most restaraunts give all noodle and no other ingredients. The service is excellent! The staff is always on their toes, yet it's a relaxing environment, whether your with a family of five, or a night on the town with friends, or in my case, winding down after work with your sweety :) I'll admit, we eat at Boston Pizza at least ONCE a WEEK !
Everything at our visit was fine, i have to admit though that the enviroment was alittle busy, but friendly staff, and a healthy bunch of pple in the resturant kept everything lively. read the actual review for this resturant and thoughts about the gravy, it is funny to note that kfc uses preasure fryers when making chicken and there is a collector at the bottom, when that becomes full of excess chicken batter they drain it and freeze the "crackling" (yes greese included) in the freezers with about 5-10 other bags, after all of this when they need gravy they heat it up, pour in some poweder, some water and yeehaw "gravy". as far as the lessons in gravy it's more cost effective to get it from the bag, not many resturants are going to go outta there way to make homemade gravy, your at a boston pizza, not a 5 star resturant, get over yourself and move on. the food is good, the servers are nice, and the place is booming.
Food was slow but all right. Drinks were watered down. Service was absolutely horrible. Our waiter was a complete jerk. At the end of the meal he asked us if we were going to leave a tip for him because the last time we didn't (We have only eaten there once before and we did NOT have him as a waiter and we DID tip, we always do!) Something needs to be done about this restaurant.
We were in Belleville for a month and ate here at least 15 times. It was our favorite restaurant. The children's menu is outstanding with adult type items, like salmon, in children's portions. The pasta dishes are fantastic and generally large enough for two. The health conscious choices are delicious. The portions adequate and everything is low fat. The fish bowl drinks on Thursday and Friday are great and an excellent value.

I go to Boston Pizza all the time. I entertain clients there and I go to watch the Games on the weekends. My last experience was enough to make me never want to spend my money there again. The waitress was outright RUDE and LAZY. I am sorry if you are having a bad day, but I am a paying customer! If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have a job. When I spoke to management about this, they were no help. It makes me wonder how a place is kept in business with such poor waiting staff and Managers who don't know how to manage.
Our server was friendly, and great, we recieved our food after an appropriate wait, and the food was great!
The server ignored us for a half hour, even though we were seated by the host. I has to ask the host to send a server. Finally she showed up and took our order. 15 mins later we still didn't have our drinks. Then she gave us the wrong pizza. When I tracked her down and told her she just said, sorry and walked away. I asked to see the manager and he just said, sorry, she's new. They didn't even consider taking back the food and bringing us what we ordered. I had taken my friend there for her birthday and that happened. I was embaressed

I adore boston pizza i dont know what you people are talking about i got there at least once every two weeks and it is always amazing
Usually the drinks are great, i was kinda bummed on such a hot day when my 'frozen' screwdriver was hardly even cold and not frozen or slushey at all. We waited 15 minutes to order drinks, to make matters worse we didnt even get them for another 1/2 hour when our meal came. The server was sooooo slow, i expected much better.
service was terrible, and the management team should kick it up quite a few notches
An OK place to go for cocktails and appetizers. Service is better in the bar than the main dining room. A typical chain restaurant.
food was good, servings of lasagna small, garlic bread cold and horrible service
The food is average but probably would taste better if the sevice wasnt so slow.
I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and the dish was cold and "pastey" tasting. The pasta was all stuck together. I could only eat one third of it, and that was an effort. The service was on the slow side and this was not a busy time of day. This restaurant used to be very good....what happened??
