I have brought several cars here over the years and have been consistently impressed with the caliber of service. From my Infiniti to my wife's Caravan, they are experienced with all makes and models. Fully transparent at all times about costs and required work, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for anything more than an oil change.

NO Customer SerVice Skills

Tires were ordered and paid for. No call to say they were in apparently we are to call and find out if they are in. Despite my husband telling me they would call. Called in orignially to ask if the tires were in as had not received a call. Apparently they only call when they can't get the tires. When I suggested that my husband said they would call I was told they never do. ( Quess my husband is a habitual lier). I didn't know anything about tires so I went back to find the bill.and couldn't so called again. They could go back through the paperwork but would prefer the bill as it is alot of work to go back I was left with the impression that if my husband could give them the size and tire they could back track that way in the event the bill could not be found. Then my husband went and they apparently tracked down the tires with no bill. With an appointment made and tires figured out I drove my kids and I out there before school with my husband in a separate vehicle. I could not produce a bill so no tires. Called back so frustrated and apparently they are just following procedure. I could go on but I think I'v said enough. Positive customer service usually get rewarded by an individual telling one or two people.. Poor customer service people usually tend to share with I think they say around 10. Well today we live the age of social networking ........................... At one point you think that rather then making me feel like I was in the wrong the individual who I dealt with would have said let me see how I can help you.
