So I brought in my phone as I broke the screen. The guy fixed it and I was happy but when I got home and put the phone into my case after just few hours the screen started to crack. I went back and the guy was rude and telling me this happened because of the frame when it was dropped. Now I never got a refund or the phone fixed. I went to a place near my work in Toronto and these two kids maybe in their 20s ended up fixing my phone and for the same price. It’s been already 2 days and the screen
After falling on the ice outside my house I smashed the front and back on my Sony z4 smartphone.
After doing some research I realized that most shops only work on iPhones (easy repair ) .
I couldn't find anyone to repair my phone. Apparently it's an advance repair.
Lucky for me I found Connextel.
Not only do they work on Sony waterproof phones but they also had the parts in Stock.
The down side was they don't offer same day service on Sony phones.
3 days later my phone was liKe new!

I called around and couldn't find anyone who would fix the charging port om my Samsung S6 even shops in Toronto gave me the run around !

I have to say hands down to Connextel! I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6s late Saturday, I called the Sunday morning knowing the are closed because at this point I was panicking. I spoke to the manager I think and he said he can fix my phone for me same day even if they were closed he was going to open the store for me, WOW now that definitely took me by surprise that is what you call customer service at its best. You guys are #1
It's unfortunate that I would have to leave this review, but I would have to advise avoiding this store. I brought in a Blackberry Passport to have the screen replaced with everything else working, and got it back with the sim card broken. Staff shrugged and said "sometimes with surgery the patient doesn't survive." Avoid this store.
Great service fixed my Sony z3 phone. I called around other places would not work on Sony z phones they said it too much trouble.
I found these guys they were very infomative. When I Got my phone back it looked like new again. They also put a glass screen protector on it to protect the screen.
These guys know there stuff.
