I can completely see why they get a 1.2 rating. This is by far the worst wings known period. When I shared the wing was bright pink and that Id be happy to return it the cooks said I was lying. Nonetheless, its a shame that Brampton has no idea of what customer service really means. NEVER GO HERE. Im thankful to live in Durham where there is a true meaning of customer service. SHAME SHAME SHAME on you BOAR N WING
There was a group of nine of us for an early Easter dinner. Fries and gravy great! Wings ok. Biggest problem was with a steak meal that was ordered and never came until the rest of us were just finishing our meal. That was after we were able to track down our waitress. Had to track her down another time too for drinks. Like I said it was not busy at all
My husband and I ordered wings on Friday, October 16, during the Jays game. We phoned in our order and went to pick it up. After arriving 15 minutes after phoning it in, my husband had to wait an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes for the wings! That wait time was absolutely ridiculous!!! And to top it off, the wings weren't worth it. Avoid this place! Bad service, long wait times and mediocre food.
Very Bad Service, We visited this location with our 2 kids. They brought our order incorrectly and forgot to put the bbq sauce on my sons wings. We flagged a waitress down and to let her know and she grabbed the plate of our table and stated " Well, I'm not the one who placed your order.". and walked away. We found that very rude. We tried to let her know that we felt she was rude, but she argued that we are being trouble makers...... Very bad Service and not appropriate for family.
