    Complete Waste of Time

    Our commercial landlord contracts HVAC service to Climatech. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the humidity problems in our unit, Climatech continues to insist there is no problem. I have a remote monitoring system and can prove that humidity varied by 31% over a 1 week period. Humidity is often around 70% depending. To insist that the problem does not exist does nothing to fix the problem. For that reason I can not recommend Climatech and I have been forced to seek advice elsewhere.

    Actually you as to tenant controls the severity of the humidity levels in your suite and make adjustments in your lifestyle accordingly to eliviate high humidity levels.
