Balsamic chicken 5/5. Customer service is good. The only downside is the consistent asking of whether or not you're done your meal about every 7 minutes.. Yes, we counted. Seems like they're requested to ask their customers though..

We used to love going to Kelsey's until they changed their menu about 6 months ago. There is nothing on the menu that I like anymore. They even changed their Nachos! They put feta cheese on the nachos to make the "Mediterranean"! FAIL! I mean c'mon people - you just don't mess with Nachos!

We were there in July 2008 and the staff was great. The food was good and they even served a mix drink they normally don't serve and never heard of it It was only heard of in the USA.

Incredibly rude and lousy service. Manager...

Incredibly rude and lousy service. Manager seriously inconsiderate and rude. I wanted Fajitas for 2 for the $23.99, but it wasn't on the menu. I explained it used to be on the menu, and that previously the waitress has said, no problem, and we got it although it wasn't on the menu, but this time, they said it doesn't exist and that it must have been some sort of special they had. They did not believe it was ever on their menu, so in essence, they were making me out to be a lyer. I then wanted to order their single Fajita for one, and wanted half chicken, half beef, like I normally do. The waitress said that would cost extra, because they would have to cut up the chicken and beef. What the heck? I went with the chicken. So save cost, I also ordered a chicken sandwich which was just awful and horid. Greacy and just terrible. We got no service after that, no coffee refill. I was thirsty the last half of our visit. The manager made us feel like we were trying to pull a fast one, and made our visit very uncomfortable. I now detest Kelseys, the thought of it alone makes me throw up. I will boycott this restaurant for ever. Lack of effort, run of the mill corny restaurant with nothing but chinsy meager items on their menu. Cost of Fajitas went way up, especially for 2, well over $30, rediculous. I've had pasta there once in the past, and it was greacy and lousy as well. I can't see me ever stepping inside there again, unless some boss drags me in there, but I aint paying there no more.
