    I went there awhile ago and was told to come back. I called and booked an appointment. Called before my appointment and asked if it was busy. Phoenix said it wasn't and I could come for an eyelash extension refill. I GOT THERE AND HAD TO WAIT 2.5 HOURS... JUST SO SHE COULD SAY SHE CANT DO IT ! Her kids were there and crying. I decided to give it another chance. I went in today for clear ombré nails. She said it wastes too much polish so she's not going to do it. I wouldn't recommend going here.

    Showed the Mexican lady a picture ..:. My hair was nothing like the colour... She did a typical copper like any cheap salon.... But charge the price of a down town salon! Half my hair was layered and half wasn't ..... Now she was colouring three people's hair at onetime and doing cuts inbetween.... Yeah so rubbish! She ought to stick to 5 year old kids hair cuts

    I asked for Bio G...

    I asked for Bio Gel nails without the tip. She used the acrylic powder all over my nail bed and made a tip out of that. I told her I know that she is using the acrylic powder and she replied saying that it is a different type of gel powder. (NOT TRUE) I should have walked out the salon but I didn't. And my nails look really thick you can tell its fake! The reason why bio gel is expensive because it looks natural. They charged me double and it wasn't even worth the price of acrylics.
