If I could give negative stars I would! Both the doctor and the receptionist are rude and don’t listen. Came for a 10:30 appointment and the doctor saw my daughter at noon! This was after waiting since the middle of July for an appointment.

I had told reschedule my appointment and was told that there would be a $75 re-booking fee because it was less than 48 hours. I was never told about this policy and the receptionist lied and said I was informed about this! I called more than 24 hours before my appointment. This is a strong deterrence for anyone who may need to go to this clinic. My advice, get a referral for somewhere else because this clinic isn’t worth it.

Long waiting time for dr. Gill. On top of that she had an attitude, short temper and lack of listening skills. She didn't see us for more than 15 mins and ahe didn't even touch our daughter. Dr. Gill, don't practice if you don't like what you do!! Will never go there again

A truly marvellous clinic! Would recommend to anyone.

Had a referral from my family doctor for an allergy test with Dr. K. GILL. Never recieved a call. Called and left several messages. Not happy with this service. It's now been over a month, still haven't heard back. Wouldn't go to this clinic if my life depended on it.
