Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza & Wings

Ordered food through skip the dishes and the pizza was incorrect with green olives (Yuck!) not green peppers . I called and told them it was wrong. They said they would give a voucher. I said No I would like what I ordered please. They said we would have to come get!! I said no I do not drive hence skip the dishes! His response?? He hung up on me!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

If you wanna pay 30$ for 5 wings and a medium pizza come here!! Horrible horrible place. Customer service doesnt exist here and if they can scam you of your money , thinking your order comes with what you ordered (which is normal) once you receive it and notice a lot of it is missing thats when they tell you they dont have those items anymore. Theyll hang up on you if there bored, mostly kids work here.

I find the Pizza delicious. The service is courteous and fast. I have been buying pizza here for 9 years and have never been disappointed.

Customer service was out of control. I asked why the prices were5different from the website to have the woman accuse me of yelling at me and hanging up on me. So i called 3 more times she hung up on me. So i drove there. She literally ignored me. Refused to give me her managers name or tell me when they would ne in. Then threatened to call the police on me. Again all for asking why the website prices were different. I wont be ordering from here again unless the girl gets fired or apologises

Terrible Service and food even worse

We have ordered from here for years but this is the LAST time we will ever get food from here. It took over an hour to get our food; the store is only a couple of minutes away. I had to call to find out where it was, they said it was on its way. When we finally got it, the pizza was cold, the crust was like cardboard, it actually tasted, felt and looked like frozen pizza crust. The pizza it's self had not flavour to it, we ordered chicken wings which again were ice cold, the sauce, which was supposed to be medium was mild and on the side. The best part of the Meal Deal was the potato wedges because we cut and reheated them the next morning for breakfast. I tried to call them, they said they would take a few $$'s off of our next order, I told them there would never be a next order, they said don't touch the food and they will pick it up and give us our money back, a little late for that. I said we want a refund and was told "WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OUR FOOD". Well isn't that nice to know.
