    Quality

    I was very disappointed in quality of "cleaning". Stove top and panels not cleaned, paintings not cleaned or dusted, mirrors not cleaned, tables not wiped. Bathroom shelves not cleaned. Even after being shown exactly what was to be done not one thing was completed. Not sure what 2 people did for 3 hrs. in small house. Hopefully they will learn quality control and improve their service levels. Owner very defensive which is sad. Taking constructive criticism is how we improve.
