The Pho and bun bo always come out at the right...
The Pho and bun bo always come out at the right temperature and they both taste great. The front-end younger servers don't have so much charisma (the dad comes out from the kitchen every once in a while and he's great) but the food makes up for their lack of overt enthusiasm. We are going back for sure!

Great shrimp rolls - albeit somewhat over-priced. Pho is good, portion is decent. Chicken & veg dish very good, good portion size. Agree with other reviewers that cleanliness is an issue. Greater attention to presentation would likely lead me to visit more often. Being that the food is good (and I think it's the only Vietnamese restaurant near me in Burlington) I will return.

The people that own the place are very nice, and...
The people that own the place are very nice, and always make me feel welcome as a single person. The food, so far, has been great. I enjoy it immensely, and go back on a fairly regular basis. I find myself craving it at times. I am always pleasently full when I finish my meal, and feel as though I ate a healthier meal than if I went to one of the other casual places in the area. Granted, as some other reviewers have said, it's hard to understand them at times, and they don't always seem to know what you are asking them. However, I find some adventure in trying different things and seeing what I like. Since they always seem to be steady, and it is a family that runs it, they do forget things at times. I suggest you check your meal before you leave, if you are ordering take out. Overall, I am quite happy with the food; and the service, while slow, is always friendly. Half the enjoyment of the meal is the friendliness of the service. The restaurant, while not the spic and span, is nice, and seems relatively clean. I suggest, if you are looking to try something different, that you will inevitably fall in love with, try Saigon on Brant, it's worth the few dollars for a substantial meal.

The food took a really long time to come. The chopsticks, spoons and other utensils were dirty as was the tea pot. The food was so-so but the cleanliness really scares me.
