    This guy does hor...

    This guy does horrible work and to top it off he's extremely rude and grumpy like the review below. He destroyed my jeans and I had to get them fixed by another shop. Do not go here. There are so many better places in burlington/oakville.

    100% satisfied...

    I have used Stitch 'n Stitch for many years now for the welcoming service and quality work that I receive each and every time. Dry cleaning and tailoring are always ready on time and the late hours of business are very convenient for people with busy lives. The business owner is extremely hard working and friendly - he welcomes me on a first name basis and always asks about the family. I highly recommend this business.

    I have been a cus...

    I have been a customer for 4 years. I drop off 10 shirts every 2 weeks. I know with certainty that the shirts will be ready and crisp for a day at the office. The best example of customer service I can recall is when I called to see what time the store was closing. The owner said he would wait for me if I needed. I wasn't late, but what a nice gesture.

    There's a grumpy ...

    There's a grumpy old that man that runs the shop who you can tell is miserable with his life with the way he treats his customers. I came in twice and each time hasn't been pleasant but the last time will be my last. As I was paying he said that we only accept cash if its under ten dollars and me having no cash on hand told him I didn't have any. He went to say how that's not fair to him (because non cash payments you can not hide from paying taxes on I am assuming and also I'm sure there is a merchant service fee of a few percent to use debit or credit) and that he tells everyone that...ridiculous. he ended up saying that this time he'll make an exception...Wow. The customer service here is amazing. He felt like he was doing me a favor as I paid him $6 to clean a shirt.
