    Personal Training...

    Personal Training at its finest! Personal training is exactly what Tim does for his clients. He sits down with you finds your strength and weaknesses. Together you right down your goals and what you'd like to achieve from his programs. He is a highly trained highly knowledgeable trainer who strives for you to complete your goals and will stop at nothing to get you there. Although he is a trainer and you are paying for his work I don't see it as a business transaction. I see him as a concerned individual who loves to help people reach there goals and be a better healthier you. I would call him a friend and a great motivation.

    Tim will take care of you!

    I wish I found Tim sooner! He set me up with a great training and meal plan and explained things really well, really clarified a lot of things because you hear so many different do's and don'ts. If you're looking to get or make sure you're on track, this is your place. Yes I would recommend.

    Tim is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to nutrition and the correlation to the body! He is devoted to long term change and has helped me make significant lifestyle changes that will continue to lead me to a longer life and a healthier body and mind. He cares about his clients and devotes his time and energy to personalizing nutrition programs to fit their needs. NOTHING is GENERIC with him. His programs are authentic and lead to change! I would highly recommend his expertise for nutrition to help get u to your goals. Don't waste your money with anyone else like I did in past at other gyms!! Well worth it.

    I had been training for years with little results. I went here for some advice. I was given a complete fitness review. I came away with a plan that included an overhaul of my eating and workout habits. It took some time and a lot of dedication but I have made significant progress. I have increased my lean muscle mass and lost the ugly fat. I look a lot better and feel great. Practical step by step advice that works is worth every cent. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to be fit.

    Between the "tips...

    Between the "tips" from the gym and the internet, it is very easy to be misled in regards to your nutrition. I thought I was eating well until I had Tim do a nutritional assessment. I was off course and Tim put me in the right direction. He understands the science of how food affects the body and its functions. It's complex, so he takes the time to simplify it and explain it to you. He put together a program for my body type and it works. I highly recommend Tim Lochhead as a nutritional coach!

    I couldn't sleep ...

    I couldn't sleep and was eating more to keep up my energy levels until I got home. Tim got me back on track, improved my sleep in no time at all, reduced my stress levels, improved my overall health and introduced me to healthy eating through protein shakes, meal suggestions and proper vitamin and mineral intake.
