This shop is an absolute nightmare. She had my dress for 2 years and no contact or movement on my dress. I noticed bad reviews popping up and reached out to get my dress back. I had to text her multiple times to finally get her to agree to meet. We settled on Sunday at 12. She then said she’s running behind and would bring it to my house. Few hours passed and she asks if 7pm would work (some running behind that is). 7pm comes around and hasn’t even asked for my address. She ignored all my calls
