KG dispatched to CAA call. Flat tire on a secluded road. 1 1/2 hours to get there and driver was angry because “CAA had given wrong info on vehicle, his hydraulics were not working and no jack to jack us up”. Told us to call CAA back and get a different tow truck. We told him to be on his way and that we would handle it from here. He copped an attitude and called us rude. We asked for the number for his shop and he said “google it” as he sped away. 61 yr old husband changed tire in 30 minutes.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to help me out when my keys were locked in my car over the Canada Day long weekend.

I brought my vehicle to Kawatha garage with problem. The staff was very nice to bring in and check for me as I was on my way for a long trip. They said it needed a wheel bearing. they gave me a estimate and said they could repair it that afternoon. I waited for my vehicle the staff was very friendly. The job got done quick. it was done well. very happy with the service, Thank you I will be back.
