Zero customer service!!! Walked in and was at counter for 15 min with no service. I wasn’t alone 2 other customers were in the same situation with all of us listening to the employees joking in the back. Didn’t look like the counter had been cleaned in days. We all walked out shaking our heads.
Very dirty..how does this place keep going..does the health department ever go there?
DIRTY,DIRTY AND THE WASHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT HERE ON 3/SEP/15 FOR A QUICK BIT TO EAT,THE WALLS,FLOOR,WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE RESTAURANT HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED OR CLEANED FOR DAYS,WEEKS,OR EVEN MONTHS,TABLE&SEATING NOT WIPED OR CLEANED FOR DAYS. DO NOT COME TO THIS D.Q.,YOU'LL BE TURNED OFF IMMEDIATELY, JUST GROSS. IT'S A GOOD THING I COULD NOT SEE PREP AREA - YUK. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE EMPLOYEES COULD WORK IN THIS ATMOSPHERE. CAN'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.
This is the dirtiest place to ever buy fast food. mentioned it to the owner and he totally blew me off. The washrooms are disgusting as is the sit down eating area. If what the customer sees is that nasty can you imagine what we can't see.
The ice cream was tasty, the staff was friendly but the store was dirty. Particularly behind the counter and the washroom. Behind the counter there were flies. There was crumbs and dust everywhere. The container in which the chocolate waffle cones were kept was filthy, with flies hovering and chocolate on the walls. I won't be going there again!
