Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. He was always within text reach for questions and I feel like I can continue to reach out to him for any more questions and concerns. Best deal around! Highly recommend Richard!

No returned calls ,adding items to the deal after the fact.i could here the salesmen laughing about a deal they were working on and insulted the persons trade in ? Salesman have zero experience and have to go get help for every little thing....The GM has no clue what is going on in his building ...stay away ! There are so many dealerships...this one is a joke.

Twice not once this dealership sold the van that I was trying to put a deal together with I even had written offers down . I don’t hear from them for a few days and when I called to see why turns out they sold the vehicles on me ? High turnover of salesman and a lot of shady practises and a general manager that doesn’t care .

Recently bought my first car here. Such a great experience. In general a welcoming environment, wonderful staff. Zach and Richard were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations. Would 100% recomend. These people know what they are doing!!

Dont let the fact that this is a factory dealership fool you, the friendly sales team certainly embody the spirit of small town - family oriented, hospitality. Purchasing a used vehicle is often a risky venture but after discussions with the Sales Rep. Devon, I had nothing but confidence in this dealership, which was pleasantly re-affirmed after delivery of my truck. What a pleasant experience ! Thank you Devon, Rick and Richard.

Not Good

The best way to judge a business is how they react when things don't go right. In this regard they have failed badly. I had a pinion seal replaced a little while ago and now I have had a complete failure of the rear axle. The technician has most likely over tightened the pinion nut which caused the pinion bearing to fail and spread metal filings throughout the axle. The dealer accepts no responsibility and I now have to pay the full repair bill that is into the thousands. I have lost all trust in this dealer which could have been avoided if they had just owned up to the cause of the failure. This is clearly not an honest garage so I would suggest you look elsewhere for a place to service your vehicle.
