Ahmad is an amazing manager very good service Respectful staff They love animals and they are not just there for the money (THEY CARE)
Dr. Mobarak is a good vet. He is passionate about animals health. I dont understand about the bad rating about his service. All pets we brought to him received excellent service.
Absolutely horrible.
I bring all my animals here & I have many!! I have dogs, cats and birds and Dr.Mobarak has always been so nice and you can see he really cares for your animals which makes me feel great because I know my animals are always in great hands! I love this clinic so much & the vet techs are all so nice too, always smiling. I have been going here for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience! They are amazing, I highly recommend this clinic
All of our pets see Dr.Mobarak. We have also used the boarding services. He and his staff are extremely knowlegable, professional and caring. We had a very complex issue with our bunny that he was able to resolve (when many others could not). He even gave us his cell phone number to call anytime with questions or concerns. He is very compassionate (we had a very senior dog) that took a very bad turn. He was honest and we could not have asked for better care.
Had multiple bad experiences with this vet before smartening up and transferring to another vet service. Always suggests multiple tests (blood, X-rays, etc) that come up as inconclusive and require more testing... Or attempts to pressure you into expensive treatments or medications that "May or May not" permanently treat the problem. Preformed terrible stitching job (was very loose, wasn't properly tied I had to tie the end when I got home) on my dog and when it fell out within 4hours he wouldn't fix his mistake and instead blame it on me. When I asked him to fix it I was told and I quote, "it's a business first I can't provide free treatments". The animals welfare is not his first concern, money comes first. I would never trust that man with my animals ever again.
I have dogs and cats and have received excellent care for my animals at Blackburn Animal Hospital, especially from Dr. Mobarak. He has cared for my dogs for the past couple of years and has been wonderful in dealing with several issues, including a serious heart condition in one of my dogs. I've been to two other veterinary clinics , and Blackburn Animal Hospital costs are less than what I've paid elsewhere. Highly recommend
I have been going to this vet for years with my cats, and always see Dr. Mobarak. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of problems, and very straight forward about what's wrong, and what he thinks you should do. He never suggests things that aren't necessary. I can tell He really cares about every pet he sees, and he really takes er time with each appointment. I also find that the staff that works there is very caring and friendly. They all help make the hard times when your pet is sick a little bit easier.
Have used quite a few vet clinics in the past and this one is really good. All the doctors there are really good and the clinic is clean and very professional.I highly recommend this clinic if you truly care about your little buddy.
I have read mmong's review, and wholeheartedly disagree with their assessment. If the problem occurred after the surgery back then, that is when you complain about it, not two years later. For myself, Dr. Mobarak has been a wonderful vet to my 12 dogs. Yes, I lost six over the past few years, but not through any fault of his own. His performance and care in their health has been exemplary. As for mmong's description of his facilities, maybe they should take another look; I have found them to be quite clean. He always took the time to explain everything about the dogs' health to us, and he has been genuinely interested in any concerns we had about them.
he told me its not his fault and its not the surgery that did this. he says its a low probability that something goes wrong in surgery and i understand that...but this is ridiculous. he said any vet would tell me the same thing and that there is no problem with my cat's paws. i will definitely go to another vet and make sure of that...he can't even tell me what this thing that looks like a deformed nail is and tells me that certain things are inexplicable, after making up theories about fungus. the surgery was done 2 years ago and now something has come to my attention and i am blamed for it. i even went to see him a few weeks after the surgery to make sure that my cat's bleeding paws were going to be ok and were healing properly because i was so worried as to why it was still bleeding here and there. he told me everything was ok and now it turns out those 2 exact paws that were bleeding are the ones that have nails growing out of them... i am very disappointed in this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. stay away. the people are nice but the quality is questionable.

i had been using this vet for the last 2 years and it is now officially time for me to leave. the staff are nice people but the hygiene is awful. there is cat hair and dog hair and dust all over their displays, the floor and the consult table in the BACK ROOM where you bring in your pet. when my cat tries to explore and climb over things, i pull her away from all the filth she's stepping on because i don't want her to catch anything from the other pet's leftovers. The area where you pay and the front desk is clean so it is quite deceiving. also, i got my cat de-clawed there after much debate. my cat now has a hardened piece of something growing out of her paw. i think its a nail, the vet says its part of the skin. it keeps growing even after he cut it twice already. he made me pay for some cream to heal the dried skin around the area where this hard stuff is growing from. the proceeded to blame me, telling me i probably don't change her litter enough and that i probably don't clean or vacuum my house enough because it's probably fungus growing out of her paw and the fungus comes from the environment i live in. i couldn't believe my ears! i am almost OCD in how much of a clean freak i am and he tells me its my un-cleanliness.
