    I've gone to the ...

    I've gone to the Arbour Family Medical Clinic for a couple of years now and Dr.Carl Mackie is wonderful, and always very personable. The receptionists on the other hand are incredible rude and have VERY poor customer service. Every time I call they are extremely unprofessional and make me feel like an idiot. I always hang up the phone unimpressed and usually they have not helped me at all. I will definitely be switching doctor offices if the customer service at the clinic does not improve.
