We are completely computerized to enable us to get your product repaired and track the history of your repairs. We represent over 50 manufacturers for your warranty and non warranty needs. We use manufacturer recommended replacement parts on the products that we service.     Worst repair place ever. They charge $45 just to hand your tool in. Assessment fee they call it. My tool was sitting for over 2 months. No calls, no information whatsoever of what was going on. I need my tool repaired. Asked for my tool back and the $45 I paid up front. They refused to give the $45 back despite nothing had been done to my item. They should bloody well pay $60 for conducting substandard business. I will look everywhere but this place for my next tool repair issue.

    Anyone living in Hamilton, don't use Action tool repair! 955 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L 3C5. There in a convenient location for me. So I thought I'd use them for service and repairs for my landscaping tools. I dropped my snowblower on Nov. 4 for service and a few repairs. Thinking I was being proactive, trying to be prepared for my winter work I've been more patient with them then most people would have been. Every time I call them they keep saying there waiting in a part. Today Dec 3 I

    I took our mower to Active Tool Repair based on a suggestion from my neighbour. The guys were great - fixed the problem fast, the quality of the work was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
