I can't recommend Kumon as an educational resource for your children strongly enough. Nicole, the owner, is one the most dedicated and professional people I have come across. Her staff, from the second you walk in the door, are there to help you bring out the best in your kids potential for a lifetime of goal achievement. Mind you it takes an effort to succeed, but again, Nicole and her staff's dedication to Kumon and learning makes all the effort worthwhile.

My kids have been in Kumon for almost five years, first in both math and reading, and now only in math. I truly believe, Kumon gives them confidence, independence and study habits from a very early age. As a bonus, they become very proficient in math and/or English. I would highly recommend this centre not only to those parents who seem to need it to help their children catch up, but MOSTLY for those parents who want their kids to develop a new set of skills that will be with them forever.

If you think Kumon program is about kid's education you are totally wrong (as I was). For it is strictly about business, and all they want is your money. They are totally disguised behind the mask of a caring "educator." You may think your kids are making progress in their math or reading because they make you believe so. There is a reason that they always begin the program with lower level. They tell you it is to build confidence but in fact that's how they at least get two month easy profit.

Ummmm... sounds someone got frustrated and wasn't patient at all. I don't think there are any "guaranteed" methods in education other than "cheating" in our world. Also, we cannot BUY good marks or scores. When we are talking about learning, it's all about your patience and HARD WORK.
