    Very pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. He found out what was wrong with my hose handle, fixed it, and said it was such a simple fix there would be no charge. This is now my vacuum store forever!

    The owner has terrible customer service skills! My vacuum went in for repair and came out with several other problems. Bad overall experience!!!
