Appointment was for 10:30 but they made us wait for 40 minutes before seeing my child, be aware there is no parking I had to park my car where I was not suppose to so thats a bummer, if you have young kids good luck with that, upon bringing the attention to the doctor she told me, "you do not have to come here" so basically that is a nice way to say get lost and never come again.. that says alot about this place..

Rude. Condescending. Missed phone appointment during covid and called hours after scheduled time. In office appointment prior to Covid her office is covered in “Do Not Touch” signs. She should perhaps reconsider working with children!!!

We have been working with Dr. Randhawa for over 2 years for a rare diagnosis for me daughter and she has been amazing. She diagnosed and helped start a treatment program that has helped make my daughters life full. She is always caring and professional and we are so greatful for her.

For skin issues, I ask my family doctor to only refer us to Dr Randhawa. We love her! She has successfully helped us with managing my sons eczema. My son also developed two freckles/moles on his back which were concerning to us. Dr Randhawa was fantastic once again with our visit and the follow up visit. She is professional, kind and trustworthy! Sometimes there is a wait and other times not, just like any other doctors office!

Dr Randhawa has seen three of my children. Most recently she saw my daughter for a mole that was changing and causing us concern as there is a family history of melanoma. Although the office was very busy that day, they made time to see my daughter and remove the mole. We are very thankful. My previous experiences with Dr Randhawa have also all been positive. She is extremely thorough and personable. You child is in very good hands if they get sent to her. The other staff is wonderful too.

Very warm and personable. Really sweet with my nervous child. Knowledgeable and explains treatment options and plan well. Let’s me know what I need to do if there are any changes in my child’s skin. Receptionist is really nice. She can run behind but I think that is how it is with many specialists especially since she is one of the only ones seeing children. Highly recommend her!

She helped my son so much- she rocks!

Until we met Dr Randhawa eczema ruled our life. She has seen my son since he was a year and a half. She took my concerns seriously in regards to my sons eczema. My family cannot get over how great his skin looked after only a few weeks. Dr Randhawa is great with children, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

She is great! Very personable and professional. She has really helped with my son's eczema. Great tips on how to manage it and prevent flare ups. Yes, you sometimes have to wait, but I have never been to a specialist appt and not had to wait! I would definately recommend her 100%.

My son was referred to Dr. Randhawa for lesion that ended up being a wart. During the visit she was very professional and polite. She answered all our questions. She made an effort to engage with my son and showed him his wart under the magnifying glass explaining what made it a wart.My son wanted to have the wart removed by freezing rather than by prescription cream. Due to the need to wait for the topical anesthetic to kick in, it meant that Dr. Randhawa worked through her lunch hour for us.

Highly recommend this doctor. As a health care professional I can say she is exceptionally knowledgeable, wonderful with children and has a very professional demeanour. Diagnosed our child the first visit regarding skin problems going on for several months. Very informative and made us feel very comfortable. Office is busy but she took the time needed and made sure we understood everything. Great pediatrician!

Very unprofessional, the sticking out of the tongue was outside of the office. A disgrace to Pediatrics and displays unprofessionalism.

The Dr. Did not stick her tongue to get a child to open their mouth. She is not rational. Her rule sheet is ridiculous, she is arrogant. Both parents cannot attend a visit, etc... She is horrible

Dr. Randhawa is a lovely professional Dr. She was very kind and attentive to my son and made his visit very comfortable and enjoyable. I would certainly recommend her. As a response to a previous commenter ... perhaps Dr. Randhawa was just playing around with the child to try to get them to open wide.

Great Dr!!

Our daughter is under 2 and had lesions all over her body that were itchy, sore and weepy for almost a year. We had seen 6 different health care professionals ranging from pediatric Dr's, allergist and naturopaths. Nobody could give us an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Randhawa knew exactly what it was and the creams and care instructions she provided had our daughters skin clear in a week. She was pleasant and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. Thank you Dr. Randhawa!!

Dr. Randhawa was very thorough and took the time to explain my daughter's condition in great detail and explain the different treatment options available to her. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable. She does have some very strict office rules, but I'm assuming that is because her services as a paediatric dermatologist are very in demand and she doesn't have time for no shows.

I had the worst experience with this doctor. - I always had to wait more than one hour in the waiting room. - She can´t see 2 birth marks in the same appointment, she makes you going twice to charge TWO appointments, even if it´s something that will take 5minutes. - Kids, other than the patient, are not welcomed there. - When I tried to explain they were not family friendly and I had to complaint about it the doctor canceled our appointments. Unacceptable.
