We went there last week to check it out for a breakfast outing for 15 people. The food and service was good so we spoke to the server about making arrangements for our large group. She told us she would make sure the patio room was open and heated for us. Yesterday I called to confirm and the same server told us she would make sure the room was ready for us. It wasn't and they tried to squeeze us into a seating area for 8-10. They finally opened and heated the room for us but left us with dirty tables from the night before - no one came back to wipe them. The food was so slow in coming that half our group was finished eating before the other half were even served. The waitress did her best, but it was not enough. As the person who organized this, I was embarrassed and we will never be back.
We just moved close to Rays, and stopped in for a couple of beers while a game was on. It has a laid back atmosphere, and the service is great! We have never eaten food here but have looked over the menu and its looks decent. For sure a great place to enjoy a beer and catch up!
Only complaint is that it is a little pricey for the type of place it is.

Nice neighbourhood bar...but getting a bit stale in looks and the menu needs updating... we go there because it's near our home and to meetup with friends for a few cold pints. They are a molson house...no labatt products on tap...
they do make pretty good wings and their pizzas are good too otherwise...it's just average food.
Disappointing food, average service.
It took a while to get our order taken, but the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was average, really nothing to write home about, but nothing bad.
The food is the bulk of my complaint. The menu seemed like they picked things that were easy to make instead of trying new things. My club sandwich sucked. I can't think of a better word to use. It was no different than if I toasted two pieces of Wonder bread and put lettuce, tomato and cucumber in between. It was terrible for a restaurant.
Depsite the friendly staff, I go to restaurants for the food. I will not be coming back here.

Our favorite breakfast place! We have eaten there many times and are never disappointed. Their menu is full of great meals. Would definately recommend it to others.
Ray's Rox!!!, Superb food, and unique friendly atmosphere puts Rays at the top of my take a friend to lunch or dinner place. Great drinks, reasonably priced meals, and large patio together with pleasant staff = 100%

The meal was very enjoyable..loved the potato skins..Only issue was we had our same old server we have every time we go to Ray's for dinner. It is consistently "Karen" a short blonde hair women. Very nice person but we would like to have more variety in our servers. It seems she is the only one that works there. O and the god awful aprons those girls have to wear, they look liek they work in welfare kitchens..Ray love the food but the atmosphere needs to change.
