I have been so blessed this summer to have been able to use Al's Taxi. As you see I am a senior and I have never had my drivers license. When ever I called the company, which was often. I was always treated with respect and my needs were priority. I was also very grateful for their driver Win! He is very polite and courteous. His car is always clean which also makes it a pleasure to use the service...above all he drives safely and adheres to the rules of the road according to the law. Thank you

I was very impressed with your service today! Right from my phone call the day before to preplan my pick up early morning, to my pick up for my return home! I don’t have specific names, however, the team that worked between 6:30am and 4pm took great care of me!!

I called to arrange a cab. After waiting 45 minutes i called to see where it was and the lady on the phone gave me attitude saying that I didn't specify the area of the hotel I was at. She could have asked on the phone originally, or at least called back to clarify, but instead she didn't even send a cab. One star. Very poor service

Yikes! After bein...

Yikes! After being called multiple times they finally found my location that is well known in the area. Took the slowest most obscure route to get to my destination. Paid via CC on the phone. Maybe they should be introduced to Square, Paypal or thr host of other simple payment solutions. Thank goodness I don't use taxis in Huntsville very often.
