I go every morning for coffee and usually have a pleasant experience " I enjoy Sandy in drive threw" today I decided to walk in, ordering two lattes .... they forgot my order after ten mins I said something, when the lattes were made and I left we realized they had no flavor/ hot water ...I drove back to have them made again, one of the employees older women on drive threw rolled her eyes at me and was raising her voice arguing with another employee and me.. what a terrible experience...
Terrible customer service first, then Paid for my food then at the second window to get my food they told me they ordered wronged I owed them more money, 20 cents. For a multiple billion dollar fast food chain they shouldn't hassle customers for 20 cents
