Horrible experience. As a student I informed RiverEdge what was my insurance policies limit prior to going for a toot extraction. I even avoided having a cavity filled at that time as being a student I did not have the money to pay for anything outside of what my insurance would cover. RiverEdge assure and reassured me that they would not go over what my insurance policy would cover.

I went to Riveredge dental looking for a dentist for me and my family. At the time they had a promo for free whitening. I went, they cleaned my teeth and did the mold for the whitening kit. 2 hours later and the dentist still wasn't there, she was running late and would be another 30min. I left, wasn't that upset by it. They told me they would call within a week for me to pick up my whitening kit. No phone call. I called them a month later and scheduled to come in and pick it up and it would only take 10 min to deal with the kit. Ok, no problem. I go, I sit in the chair. The dentist comes in, says oh, I missed you last time, lets take a look at everything. Checks my teeth and xrays, then 5 minutes later she tells me that they can't find any evidence of my whitening kit. They're sorry, they'll call the girl who did the impressions and call me first thing monday morning. Sorry, it's a weekend staff on and they don't know where everything is. Ok, now I'm upset as this was the only reason I was there. Go to leave, I have to pay now for having the dentist look at my teeth. You have got to be serious. Whatever, I paid and went on my way. 2.5 months later I still haven't gotten a phone call about my kit. They lost my future business, as well as my 2 kids and husband(who was in the car waiting for me to come out so he could go in and book his appt the last time I was there)
I have been looking for a kid friendly dental office for a while and I finally found one. From the moment my daughter and I walked in we felt comfortable. My daughter loved playing with the toys and interacting with the lovely team at this office. I would recommend this office to any parent. You and your children will love this office.
