    I have a amazing ...

    I have a amazing Doctor (Dr Mehta) Unfortunately the office staff is rude and unhelpful.I call for a appointment to see her and i am told it will be 4 days so i will have to see someone. I have paid a flat fee for medical notes,faxes etc. then i am told they will not fax documents and there are a additional fee. I have been put on hold for a long period of time and find the office staff VERY unperfessional.

    Terrible service by office staff.

    I am writing after being very disappointed and frustrated with the office administrative staff. Yesterday I called from work and I get treated in a very condescending manner by the reception. If it wasn't for the doctor, I would never go back. The office admin staff lack the empathy and people skills to deal with patients and they also say the head of the office doesn't have voice mail or email. What a joke for staff.

    Maybe the writer,Alexandra was the person having a bad day ???. I was at this office on Febuary 4, 2015 at 11:30 am and saw no reason for for any person to get upset, things were running fine. I saw my doctor and serveral of his staff before I was finished. I have always found the Doctors and their staff to be very helpful and very pleasent.

    HORRIBLE RECEPTIO...

    HORRIBLE RECEPTION NAMED MELISSA, she will interrogate you and told me I couldn't see Dr. Chow for 17 days. She is rude and today was probably the 5th time she has been rude to me. I'm so discouraged from calling this office that I'm actually thinking of changing doctors, just to not have to be treated horribly by her when making an appointment. I've been a patient of Dr. Chow's since I was a little girl, he is fantastic, but this reception ruins the office. Very sad.
