Got shellac on both our fingers& regular polish on my toes.Peeled after a day.I called the store after 2days because they were closed,he made excuses then told me to come in when I came back to London.I got there before my friend tried to show him a picture I had taken-which cannot modify dates-he said 50% off which we did not discuss on the phone.He acted like we did not have a conversation& tried to belittle me in front of customers.Felt disrespected& walked away even though I was on the right

Ive never used dianna's nails before today . I didn't make an appointment . Stopped in to see if they had time to do gel nails and they took us immediately. Very friendly very nice people . I've never seen so many choices for colored tips . Great buisness very clean very polite . I'll be a regular customer .
