This place... is just not good. The rolls were way too thick, with tons of rice, and little fish inside. No thanks.

Not so good. Fast service bad sushi. I love sushi and am on a hunt to find something good in London and this was not it. Tea tasted like they put honey in it, the tofu was deep fried in gross frying oil, the sushi had way too much rice and tasted like the sushi you buy pre-made at superstore. Dissapointing.

I've been ther many times. The batter on the Tempura is the best I've tasted. The Sushi is always good. A good value and an interesting experience when using the private (visually) booths.

I love this place! I've been 3 times before: the first time with one other friend, the second time with 5 other people and the third time with 2 people. They have cute little rooms to accommodate 2 to 10 people: you take off your shoes before you enter your room, open the door and go in to find a cozy, private eating area complete with a rice lantern. There are chopsticks only, so be prepared to learn if you've never used them before. The prices are excellent! you can dine for $15 which includes main entree, appetizer, and a drink!!! The waitresses also wear komonos (spelling???) -- it's really great there! my only suggestion for them is to get upgraded decorating -- it's a small restaurant and doesn't look that visually appealing from the outside and some of the inside -- but everything else about it makes up for that! My friend and I are actually going there again tonight for dinner! Enjoy!

I can't believe there are reviews on this place that the sushi is good. First off, if you told me that the sushi chef called in sick and that they had one of the waiters back there making the sushi, I'd believe you. I have eaten good sushi. This was not it. The rolls were sliced unevenly in a way that it wasn't pretty on the platter (and sushi, my friends, IS supposed to look good). There was way too much wasabi on one, none at all on another. One roll had this piece of lettuce just sticking out of it, like it got in by accident. A few rolls were falling apart like they weren't rolled tightly or properly. The pics of tiger roll, etc. had (traditional) sesame seeds on the outside. None of ours did. It was definitely made by an amateur, or someone who just DID NOT care. We started ordering at 6:30 pm and had 2 shifts of food. We waited 45 min for 1st, another 45 for second. Sushi isn't even cooked for chrissake! What on earth could take that long. The only redeeming thing about this place was the tatami room. We had such long gaps between food that we were playing with our chopsticks. Very disappointing as it was my bday. :(
