    If I could rate zero, I would. Cupcakes are tasty but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The owner is rude, belittling, and does not take accountability for her mistakes. My MIL was given the wrong cupcakes at pickup and we were expected to return them (during Covid, what?!) as the customer who received ours in error tore them a new one. Though they offer delivery, they would not come to us, even though we were in the middle of a birthday party. We were charged double for the wrong cupcakes.

    Love the Cupcakes and love the service. My go-to for nearly a decade. I love the red velvet, of course, and the Canadian the best! Not too sure about all these crazy reviews...feels a little fishy to me.

    Went to get a baby reveal Cake in the bill it had the gender written on it We asked it be kept secret When I called lady was so rude and didn’t apologize Also the cake was terrible Don’t ever go there owner is so rude

    Went to get some cupcakes for my birthday. Upon arriving did not greet us, pressured us to choose the cupcakes right away. The male employee was rude, with the worst customer service ever. When leaving the store I dropped the cupcakes literally 2 steps away from the door, returned right away to see what they could do for us. The owner was frustrated and rude did some minor changes to the frosting, still looked crappy as heck! I called them to tell them my disappointment, he was even more rude.

    I will keep this brief as I have already expressed my displeasure to the store ownership and all my colleagues and acquaintances, but Hey Cupcake demonstrated by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered, combined with what I can only call questionable business practices. They send in orders late, charge more than the quoted prices, and criticize their customers constantly.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Horrible customer service. Will not take responsibility for their own mistakes and will blame the customer. Have experienced the horrible attitude a few times but convenience won me over.... NEVER AGAIN.

    Super disappointe...

    Super disappointed by the surly customer service. I took 3 busses to get there because I wanted to treat myself to a cupcake for my 30th birthday only to be told I couldn't pay with debit, no exceptions. The woman was flat out rude. I will never set foot in there ever again.
