The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I had wisdom teeth removed from interface and my anxiety went Through the roof at being poked and the whole thing of needles ect but the staff are excellent and talked me through it and made the procedure that much more enjoyable

I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best though.
