We showed up for a quick meal on my daughter's birthday. It was late in the day as we'd been to soccer and football. We just wanted a special treat for my daughter on her actual birthday, as we were having a real party on the weekend.We were seated and waited some time for the waitress to show up. I placed the order for my daughter and myself, I then proceeded to order for my son and husband. I was informed then....(after sitting there for 20 min) that there was no dark meat available. Yes it was later in the evening but was a full hour until close when we got there and no one bothered to inform us as they greeted and seated us that there was no dark meat. My husband asked if they were offering subsititutes and they said yes white meat. I explained that both my husband and son did not like white meat in fact will not eat it. My little girl had already ordered and was getting impatient...We asked again if they would subsitute something other that white meat and they said no...so we got up and left. We have been to this location several times as it is close to our home and we do like the chicken...however the service has been lousy each and every time we've been there. The cleaniness of the dining area is appalling. I slipped getting into a booth on a peice of chicken meat and bone that was on the floor. The floor was littered with food. My husband will never return to this location again.
I won't either I was pretty ticked off.
