never again

I work in the area and have gone to this place before every time I go I am never fully satisfied so I thought I would give them another chance..... Let me just say never again I went in for soup to go and they put it in a very small coffee cup with a drinking hole in the lid!!!!! And then put it in a bag with my toast and never told me to be carefull so by the time I got back to my shop my soup was a mess!!!! The soup tasted like progresso from a can and was hardly even hot. And it was almost 6 dollars I have always found them very expensive for example 1.50 plus tax for a can of pop and upwards of 2.50 for a milk. Talk about pricy I can't afford to eat here. And not to mention every time I have gone in b4 all I get is attitude from Megan. I will never be back and will continue to boycott this place to be honest I don't know how they have lasted this long.... Must be the high prices and canned food that's keeping them around I don't know. Coffee truck for this guy!!!!! Dont waste your time just go get your own can of soup from the store and enjoy.

Excellent Food and Service

I have had the Chef's Hat Catering company cater many of my events as well as been at functions that they have catered. The food is excellent - it's fresh and plenty of it. In fact, there has always been more food than we can eat. The staff are very professional and helpful when you don't know what to order. They help with quantities for groups. The last event I was at, everyone there complimented the Chef's Hat and plan to use them for their functions. I personally have gone there for lunch and have found the staff to be friendly and you can't beat the lunch specials. Excellent price for the amount of food you get. Keep up the good work!

Excellent

Went in for lunch, food was fresh and good... Homemade kettle chips....were AMAZING! Customer service was good, blond friendly girl. I wanted to try this out before I ordered a catering, will defintiely be using this company for other corporate events. Also tried a brownie...best one I have ever tasted. Waited about 10 min for lunch as they were lined up out the door, but it was still great. Pricing was fair and I had to get my sandwich boxed up as I could only eat half. Good Job!

Never Again

Mistakenly used this service for a corporate event. Food was NOT Fresh, when I complained about this I was basically told my opinion didn't matter. On top of all this, the order was not correct and we missed essential elements of the meal. Result was me chewed out by bosses, and unhappy clients. Not cool.
