I have been going to Western Auto for a couple of years now and usually have great service, but today I cannot believe how unprofessional they were! They set an appointment for me a week ago to have my tires changed to winter tires, without even confirming that they actually had the tires on hand. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I finally called to see if they were done and they said no, we couldn't find your tires. What a waste of time. I definitely will not be going back!
