    No complaints here, AAA did good job

    My wife and I called, got an estimate, great price. Job was done pretty fast and clean. my wife loves the bathroom now, looks soo new, real estate agent says it will raise value of house more, when we sell this summer. Thanks.

    Very poor customer service

    I will credit to the company for a job that's reasonable very done. The bathtub and the walls did look beautiful as promised. However, after close to $1000 for re-glazing the bathtub and the surrounding walls. The chalking was not part of the original quote. We have to pay an extra $70 dollars for this job that needs to be done after 24 hours. The hot and cold water was reversed, to get the company to fix the problem and to clean the patch of white paint that was left on the window screen, we had to shell out another $40 dollars, because the owner got a speeding ticket on the way to our house. We have never paid any contractor to fix problems that was caused by the contractors themselves. That's very poor customer service, and this is the reason why I am writing this review to warn people that are thinking of using this company. The paint smell was absolutely unbearable. If you don't mind the awful smell for 3-4 days and not worried about lead poisoning, the job do safe thousands of dollars for remodelling, but you do need to patch up any chipped paint of the bathroom, the tape that was used took out some paint that needs to be fixed. The re-glazing evidently is very delicate, we will need to use non-abrasive cleanser, no bleach products. My husband stopped using the bathtub and shower, so that he won't be accused of damaging the freshly paint job.

    Hello, I am the owner of AAA Bathtub Refinishing. I spoke with the client on the phone, and we came up with an agreement. I will be going back to their premises and giving back any money that was taken unrightly then the review will be taken off. Interms of the workmanship and the job, customer was extremely happy, it is just the money issue.
