Ordered a fridge and beverage fridge March 30th, paid the full amount for both, found a floor model of the large fridge so cancelled it on April 4th, confirmed cancellation April 6th, contacted April 8th as no pending transaction showing the $3300 refund, told 5 to 7 bus days, contacted April 19th, again told it would be another 5 to 7 bus days, still not even a pending transaction on April 26th, contacted again and told once again it would be another 5 to 7 bus days????Calling my CC company.
I booked my appliances with this company. They booked with 30% advance amount. Then 1 month before delivery they took full amount. But on the delivery day they didn’t show up. I complaint on customer care regarding this matter those peoples were also horrible. Please don’t deal with this company it’s totally waste of time.
Appliance did not fit in specified measurements. Would not accept an exchange for another item because SOME of the packaging was opened. Never installed or used, just opened packaging. Still a brand new appliance - most stores would sell as an out-of-the-box item or get some new packaging. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Now I am stuck with a brand new appliance that I can't use.
