Manuel Barcelos of KBM Landscaping ripped us off, we worked for him at 474 Phillip Murray Ave. in Oshawa Ontario. He didn't pay us and stole our wheelbarrow. We are single parents. We have been chasing him down since the job ended June 2, 2022. After numerous attempts, texts, calls, he continually lied and said he'd meet us and never did. Then said he'd send etransfers that never appeared. Today he was to meet us once and for all, and he has now blocked us. It's a small world and word. Beware!
