    Beware.

    Took my Mother and spouse here once after a long day, the service was nothing beyond average and the food came out with cleaner in it. We approached management and moved forward with a forgive and forget type attitude. Though it was a bad experience overall. Decided to give them benefit of the doubt and went back one more time, the service was again OK and the food came out on a dirty plate. Had to have the app reordered because it came out with chocolate- we ordered the spinach dip. Nothing but a shame. They obviously have some serious kitchen problems that they need to approach.

    Freezing Cold!!

    Ate here for a quiet Saturday night dinner with my spouse. She had the Steak and Cheese sandwich and I had the Wing and Rib combo. She mentioned that hers was only adequate and that her Sweet potato fries were "mushy". My Ribs were tasty, as were the wings, however, the rib meat was "chewy" and fatty, definitely not fall off the bone tender! We got a bowl of Broccoli and Cheddar soup as an app. which was hot and tasty.....the garlic "toast" that came with it was awful.....soft and mushy with not an ounce of seasoning! Had a really obnoxious family behind us that complained about the service...but not the food. Our service was great!! No Complaints on that front. The biggest complaint we had was the temperature of the restaurant....it was freezing!! Everyone in our section complained, and the manager did turn off the A/C, albeit only for a few minutes. Soon it was back on...apparently the kitchen A/C and the seating A/C are one in the same. The place is a little pricey, but is comparable to other chain restaurants in the area. Pretty cool pictures on the walls, which helped kill the time while waiting for the food....
