    I was given the completely wrong information on more than two occasions by their staff at the 800 number. It really made a mess for my clients who were expecting shipments. Today was the last straw, I called 800 and was given wrong drop off location address in Brampton when it is actually in Mississauga and they have never been in Brampton.
