PERi-PERi, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chili, is the key to our legendary, South African flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. We mix PERi-PERi with salt, garlic, lemon, onion, oil, and vinegar to make our signature sauce. Then we marinate our chicken in it for 24 hours. You choose the heat!
We went on Free Chicken day to try the chicken as we never had it before. The service was prompt although it was extremely busy and the food was amazing. Lemon & Herb chicken was just the right amount of seasoning and the Medium spiced chicken was mild. I would go for the Hot next time. Will definitely be back.
