The Shopping Channel

They are scammers!!! They say they will rebill me for the things that never were delivered, they were returned long time ago and I have statements that I sent them. My TSC account is blocked long time. I am getting scam letters that I owe them a lot of money... I never had problems like this. TSC is the worst company for shopping online.

I purchased an 82" Samsung Smart TV. The program showed a voice-activated remote being used. I have the program on PVR. My TV came with a regular remote. I inquired and was told it didn't come with that remote and 'sorry for any inconvenience' The program showed only the voice-activated remote. It took a while, with lots of paid help, to get the TV in the house and set up, so returning it wasn't an obtain. I'm very disappointed in their response. Not admitting to the error.

They made a mistake and shipped and item that was supposed to be canceled and now I have to return it on my own time and effort. Cannot guarantee a full refund, which makes no sense. Their error and I have spent time and aggravation to get TSC to look at this. Have been charged and waiting to get the item tomorrow so I can return it. Unbelievably BAD service. Long time shopper too. Limiting my business with them.

Why is the HST Tax not refunded on a purchase that has been returned? I received a refund for the article but not the HST Tax?

Below average now. I have purchased and returned expensive items that now have a tag on their merchandise if you remove it cannot be returned. So much for your 30 day money back gaurantee. I didnt even bother to try it. Your return policy on these items were not advertised when you were advertising on line or on air. Paying off your card and will be very careful how I shop with you. Please do not contact me as those items are in the mail back to you.

Buyer beware, TSC made an error, put my account on hold due to this error. They indicated that I owed them money?!, how could that be when I do NOT use their credit card?!, when I proved to them at my time and expense, I was informed that a refund cheque will arrive by snail mail in 6-8 weeks?!?!, why can’t they just credit my card that they charged originally?!?!, I spent thousands with this company, not an apology, nothing. Worst company I have ever done business with. I’m DONE

Don’t ever buy Apple computers from the Shopping Channel. First, they don’t tell you your Apple product has Apple service for one year, but instead, include a third party company Tech Live Connect, which is a scam. This company is NOT located in the US, but is in India, and has the worst reviews. All North American made Apple computers, offer customer service in North America only, to India. The parts that come with it, are cheap third part knock offs, something Apple would never sell.

Not informing me that I can’t change my payment information thru online , I’ve been charge for not getting the payment. But online it said that you can change it . I won’t buy anything anymore on SHOPPING CHANNEL,I, explain to them everything , it’s not even my mistake but they still charge me $10 for each item I purchase, 🤬🤬😬😬

TSC has many misleading posting on their internet shopping site selling Apple accessories as Apple but when received it is not only cheap junk not usable with Apple We purchased two IPad with accessories but time reciv d garbadge for accessories
