I've been to many jewelry supply shops in my life, and That Bead Lady, is up there in my books! The customer service is always pleasant and helpful. The store is immaculate and is a jewel in itself! Sparkling Swarovski crystals galore and probably every color seed bead in the world, just to name a few.
There is seriously so much to see! Definitely a go-to place for me!
Ordering all the way from Australia, I have been super impressed with the customer service I have received from That Bead Lady. The team have gone above and beyond to help me with multiple orders and coordinating overseas shipping during a global pandemic. I am new to beading, so I asked the sales person to help me get what was required for a pattern I got from a magazine. The sales person took the pattern and got me the required beads. She also sold me two additional patterns and what she said were the required beads. When I got home ( 2 hours drive from the store) I found that I did not have many of the bead required to complete any of the three patterns. I spent almost $165.00 to get only half of what I needed for the projects.
We dropped the ball with your visit to our store! We're so sorry you were disappointed to find that we don't carry Perler beads. We do carry premium quality Japanese Miyuki glass and Swarovski crystal beads. We hope you have found what you were looking for elsewhere.
