    We had our kitchen refaced by Total Kitchen Refacing and had a really good experience. It was installed on time and there price was competitive. Very Happy...

    Ordered through Home Depot. The TRF rep and our contact at TKR office were great. However, the quality is horrible. Parts are peeing or not glued down entirely. The installer replaced our baseboards with screws that were too long which scratched our pocket doors. They charged us for handles we didn’t use. I contacted both Home Depot and TKR. We received a small refund for the handles which was not the amount owned. Some one came from TKR, took pictures, said they would be in touch.Still waiting

If your kitchen was not installed properly or you did not receive a rightful credit we would gladly resolve this issue. We have e been in the refacing business for 30 years and provide about 1100 kitchen renovations per year. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

    We had our kitchen done by Home Depot and it turned out great. The installer was fantastic and it cost us about half of what a new kitchen was going to cost. Very Happy.

    Avoid at all cost. Misrepresentation and under delivered on final product We got our cabinet refaced by TKR. After weeks to get an appointment, we got a good quote however the rep did not put in the contract the peninsula refacing properly. Thus, the quote was inaccurate. The cabinets were poorly finished and so was the peninsula. We tried to get ahold of the company for 6 weeks before we were told that the quote and contract had been inaccurate. Avoid at all cost.

    Mr. Guerrier It is unfortunate when customers misrepresent the facts in on-line reviews. The peninsula in your kitchen did not have panels when we priced it therefore we did not price them with the kitchen refacing. We did offer to provide them to you at cost however you wanted them for free. to perspective customers, i will show you the supporting documents and am happy to share pictures of this job so that you can decide it it is poorly finished. i have been 30 years in the refacing business.
