They are rude. Try & push things on you that you don't need. Now told me my cat can die cuz they won't help me. Cuz they're saying I owe a past bill I don't owe.

That thing!! The thing at the front desk. I don't know if she's a receptionist or a vet tech but she's horrible. So fake and rude! She is an older blonde woman. She lies. When you catch her in a lie, she plays dumb. It's disgusting. She tries to slip in stuff you don't need to purchase and acts like it's your total bill, meanwhile you never asked for it. The vet my cat saw was cool though, but because of the thing at the front, I need to leave a bad review. If she leaves, I'll update the review.

Please go else where. I have heard so many horror stories about this vet but didnt believe them until I experienced one myself. Brought my cat in because she was coughing and it sounded like she was gurgling water. They took an xray, said it was normal. I went elsewhere and it turns out she has severe pneumonia in both lungs and couldnt be saved. Gave me a bunch of medications and said whatever she had these would fix them. I will never go back there again
